I appreciate that I can order through the app. Yesterday on my way to my clients, I ordered the Son of the Baconator (bacon, American cheese, two jr patties, ketchup, and mayo on a bun) and a Double Stack (American cheese, two jr patties, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles). Through the app, I got the Baconator for free. The order was ready in under a minute. I picked it up in the drive thru. Since I was only 5 minutes from her house, I started eating right away... I was disappointed the first burger was barely warm. So I switched to the other. That one, too, was barely warm. Since I ordered through the app, I called the phone numbers and they told me to call or go back to Wendy's to fix my order. After calling countless times... I finally reached someone. They eventually told me since I didn't have time to go back, they would honor my order and remake it the next day. So the next day, I walked into a clean, and empty dining. They told me they were going to make fresh burger for my order... I think from now on, I will request fresh hot burger patties because it really made a world of difference, and honestly, one of these burgers was the perfect snack size to get along with my day. I gave my client the other. I appreciated their kindness for remaking my order... but I honestly think they should be making all their food fresh. I don't want a burger patty that's been sitting on the warmer.

With so many fast-food options in the area this Wendy's on Sunrise in Roseville really stands out for quality of the food and great service. Orders are always prepared exactly as requested. The modern dining room is always clean and inviting, along with having a big screen TV for guests to enjoy. The self-service counter is always spotless and fully stocked. The variety of meal options exceeds all others. Today I had a fish sandwich and Wendy's famous chili. Both the sandwich and chili bowl were great. Wendy's fish sandwich is so much better than the competition and a great value at it's low price compared to others. Available year-round at this location. Friendly, helpful staff at the counter to help with ordering and the food comes out to customers hot and fresh. I've been a very satisfied customer of this Wendy's for several years and always have a very enjoyable meal before visiting the Home Depot next door.

Came in on a Friday night about 6 PM. One car in the drive-through ahead of me. I had done a mobile order to take advantage of the 2 for 6 dollars on the chicken sandwiches. When I got up to the second window, the food was not ready and I was asked to pull around front. Waited about four minutes and a lady brought me two very very hot fresh chicken sandwiches. Well worth the wait. Delicious!

I used to live here in Roseville, so coming back to this area is nice and familiar. I saw online that Wendy's has a deal with the Dave's single burger. You get one for just $1.00! The regular price is around $6.50, so that is quite a deal. You have to purchase it all online with a Wendy's account. So, I went online and picked out the deal. There's also a deal for $2.00 you can get the Dave's Double cheeseburger, but I decided to stick with the single. So, you pay for it online plus tax, and it was really just $1.00. You are supposed to hit this link on the phone when you arrive at the restaurant and that will let the staff know to make you burger. That's good it's not made in advance and get all stale before you get there. I hit the "I'm there" button and they made my burger just the way I ordered it. Extra, mayo, catsup, onions, tomatoes. Picking up the burger, it pretty heavy with all the extra stuff I added at no cost. Burger was ready in no time, all paid for so I just pick it up at the counter. First bite, I gotta say it's a pretty decent burger for the price! For full price of $6.50 I dunno, maybe not worth that! But there always seem to be deals, so watch for those.
